We are sorry about any inconvenience we may have caused you. This could have happened because of a delay on the Interac eTransfer network.


The other reason could be that you funded your account from RBC bank — RBC bank does not send the senders Interac email along with the transaction details and only just your user ID so our system is maybe unable to give value.


If this happens we will immediately process the funds into your account or you can contact us immediately via support@lemonade.finance and we will investigate the cause of the delay.
