Depending on what step your transfer is at, you may be able to cancel it. First, check the status of your transfer in your transaction history. If your transfer is still in a pending status, you can still cancel.  This means we tried to reach the destination bank but it was unavailable and our system is retrying the transfer. 


But we are still able to put a hold on the transfer and cancel it. You’ll need to get in touch via support@lemonade.finance so we can cancel it. Our retry process can be fast, so make sure to reach out as soon as possible. If we haven’t sent out the money yet, we can refund it back to you.
