The recipient should receive a transfer alert in under 10 minutes from the time of deposit from their bank. Sometimes due to some unforeseen problems like system downtime, network stability issues it could take a longer time to receive the credit.

We always advise that the recipient check their account balance instead of waiting for an alert that might not deliver in time because of system latency issues. If after 10 minutes you can escalate to our team and we will immediately send a status check to the bank to confirm the status of the transfer.
